Graph of Failure
So this is an awesome graph of me failing to even maintain my weight over the holidays. Nice. And by the "holidays" I mean the time from early November 2007 to basically right now....
I intend to post updates, hopefully by July 2008 I can turn this cliff into a big hill rather than a steady plateau or the slope of Mt Everest!

This is awesome- can you tell me how to do one for me? I like the visual.
I had been weighing myself every Saturday morning for several months while I was losing weight, then the holidays and cold weather gave me the wonderful excuse to sleep in and overeat and stop weighing. It is important to weigh on the same scale, in the same spot, the same day of the week, at the same time of the day. Even then, I have heavier times of the month, so you have to be as consistent as possible to ensure you don't weigh at peaks or valleys in the cycle. So I did it last Saturday and took all the measurements and put it in a spreadsheet and generated a XY plot line graph of the data I used OpenOffice Calc.
You are still doing really well, and I'm proud of you. Just think about how far you've come! You just need to focus again, which you will.
You're my skinniest, best looking brother-in-law! Keep it up, brother . . .
My idea is just to put the scale in the trash can and go cook some fried potatoes.
well, you're still skinny to me and Randy so keep up the good work I guess!!
