This past week has been great! I feel more energetic and have accomplished a lot of tasks I have been putting off. I don't expect to lose 3.5 lb next week, but my goal is continual consistent reduction in weight through the loss of fat (preserving muscle as much as possible).

Way to go Harley!! Keep up the good work - I am back on the healthy wagon the Monday after Thanksgiving, so I can get harassed too :)

I will gladly harass you both. Maybe by Monday I will be ready to hop on the wagon as well. I might need to think about it for this week, make sure I can really commit myself...
I forgot to add that the prospect of being left in the dust as the 'fat sister' might really motivate me if you two are dropping the pounds. Yeah, that should be motivation enough!
