Tues: Weights (single sets X 12 reps) @ Golds
Wed: StairStep X 30min @ legacy center gym
Thur: Weights (6 sets on chest only) @ Golds
Fri: Treadmill X 30min @ Golds
Sat: Weights (single sets X 12 reps) @ legacy center gym
Sun: I lay in bed tired and sick
Mon: Stationary recumbent bike @ legacy center (everything else was in use)
Tues: Weights @ legacy center gym
